1. IntroductionWelcome to our Riad in Fez. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and your stay at our property. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Booking & Payment All reservations must be confirmed with a valid payment method. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate chosen. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other available methods.

3 . Check-in & Check-out Check-in: From 2:00 PM Check-out: By 12:00 PM Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy Free cancellation is available up to a specified period before arrival (as stated in your booking confirmation). Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a charge equivalent to one or more nights of stay, depending on the cancellation policy applicable to your booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days.

5. Guest Responsibilities Guests must respect the tranquility and privacy of other visitors. Any damage to the property or its furnishings must be reported and may incur additional charges. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained.

6. Liability Disclaimer The Riad is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safes where available. We do not accept liability for accidents, injuries, or illness that occur during your stay unless caused by our negligence.

7. Local Hosts & Service Our riad is owned by a Spanish couple, and you will also be attended by local hosts who ensure an authentic Moroccan experience. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who does not adhere to these terms or behaves in a disruptive manner.

8. Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fez, Morocco.
