How to Find Us
Our Riad is located at 5 Derb Cior, Fes, Morocco in the heart of the world’s largest pedestrian medina. Since cars cannot enter the ancient streets, here is the best way to reach us:
1. Getting to Fes Medina
From Fes–Saïs Airport (FEZ): The most convenient way is to take a Grand Taxi (usually white Mercedes) directly to the Bab Recif gate. The ride takes approximately 20–25 minutes.
From the Train Station (Fes-Ville): Take a Petit Taxi (red car) and ask the driver for "Bab Recif." Ensure they use the meter (compteur).
2. The Final Walk (from Bab Recif)
Once you arrive at the Bab Recif gate, you are just a 8-minute walk from our door:
Enter the medina through the main archway at Bab Recif.
Follow the main flow of the street heading towards the Darori Restaurant.
Our riad is just in front of this famous typical restaurant.
3. Travel Tips for a Smooth Arrival
Porter Services: If you have heavy luggage, you will find porters with carts (krossa) at Bab Ftouh. They can transport your bags to our door for a small fee (approx. 20–30 MAD).
Offline Maps: We recommend downloading an offline map of Fes on Google Maps or using the Maps.me app, as GPS signals can be intermittent inside the narrow stone streets.
Airport Transfer: For the most stress-free experience, we highly recommend booking our private shuttle service. Our driver will meet you at the airport and a staff member will greet you at the gate to escort you directly to the Riad.
